"Packed well and arrived safe"
I usually judge tube orders by one simple thing: did anything break or not? In this case, everything was fine. My order from Antique Electronic Supply was packed well, the tubes were wrapped securely, and nothing arrived damaged, which was my main worry. The outer box did have a small dent, so my brain immediately went, “uh oh,” but the inside was totally fine. Taking off one star just because of the dented box, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a few tube amp parts and they matched the old ones closely, so no complaints there. Packaging was fine, nothing special, but everything showed up in decent shape. They look authentic to me. Only thing is the shipping was slow, and I don’t have much patience for waiting around, so that part was annoying.

"Backorder handled better than I expected"
The part I needed ended up being on backorder, which I was a little worried about since I was trying to get it taken care of before the weekend. But they actually kept me updated the whole time, and I never felt like I had to chase anyone down for info. It shipped out soon after, and the whole thing was way smoother than I expected. I was checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee, so that was a nice little relief.

The prices aren’t terrible, but they’re definitely not cheap either. I guess they’re somewhat fair, but after buying, I couldn’t help feeling like I probably could’ve found a better deal somewhere else

"Shipping was quicker than I thought"
I ordered a few parts from tubesandmore.com and the shipping was decent. Got the tracking info fairly quick, and the box showed up in good shape with no issues. It wasn’t like next-day fast or anything, but still faster than I was expecting. Only knocking off a star becuase it seemed to sit for a bit before actually moving, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Bad timing to be guessing on parts"
I was on tubesandmore.com trying to track down a few parts for a project, and of course it was right when I really needed to get things moving. The product descriptions just weren’t clear enough for me. Some had measurements, some didn’t, so I ended up guessing whether things would actually fit. They definitely have a lot of inventory, which is nice, but the details need to be more consistent. Maybe it just hit me at the wrong time, but it was frustrating

"My last order kind of changed my mind"
I’ve ordered from here a few times, and it’s been hit or miss. Some orders shipped without any problems, but my most recent one had delays and I couldn’t really get clear updates, so that’s what’s sticking with me right now. It’s not awful, but after the latest experience, I’m not sure I fully trust it anymore...
